So how many times have you fallen pray to ads that claim you to have a flat stomach or a 6 pack in a matter of days? I am guessing quite a few times. Below are methods on how to get a flat stomach, the right way.
1. Pill
No pill on the planet can dissolve that layer of fat that surrounds you. Enough said!
2. Liquid Drinks
If orange flavoured juice would give us flat stomachs, I think it is safe to say, all of us would have a small orange orchard in the backyard.
3. Frequent Meals
I came across someone the other day who said she maintains her girlish figure by eating 18 times a day, obviously I thought that either I have gone deaf or blind for a frail little thing to be making such a statement. Turns out she read in a magazine that some famous actress eats a million times a day and it increases her metabolism which reduces the fat.
Okay Einstein, now lets see suppose we eat minute bits of food 18 times a day and do miraculously achieve the body we have always wanted? Let me tell you what happens... Now your body is in hyper drive and you will feel hungry all the time and in no time you will find yourself fat again and this time you will be 3 times the size you began with. FAIL!
4. Dieting
Our body is made to react to the environment, so if you in all your dumbness decide you will get rid of that flab by never eating anything ever again, well let me just say that you are the poster child for the word "Fool". When you diet, your body thinks that there is nothing to eat so it stores all your food in the form of fat and dissolves your muscles. If you still choose to be lethargic, without energy and diet... Come closer, maybe I can slap some sense into you.
5. Miracle Cure For Obesity
Yeah, stop thinking I will list a website because there is no such thing. Miracles do not happen and when they used to at that time snack foods and trans fats were not invented so DEAL WITH IT.
6. So What Is The Right Way?
E - You will have more energy.
X - Throw that Xanax away.
E - Eat what you want.
R - Rave to others about how good you feel.
C - Now you are Confident enough to call up that old flame.
I - You just got a flat stomach / 6 pack Intelligently.
S - Silence all those people who would target you for not being skinny.
E - Live everyday feeling Exhuberant.
